Hi, I was under the impression that the Schedule Rating Mod table would be provided on the exam which could help answer the "max mod" question. Could you please share your thoughts on this? Thank you.

This is really difficult to say as the CAS hasn't released good guidance and prior exam takers can't comment on their experience under the current non-disclosure agreement.
What we know: Currently, when you view the Pearson VUE sample exam for exams 5-9 (https://www.casact.org/exams-admissions/resources/pearson-sample-questions), when you go to the Tables in the environment it does show the required schedule modification table.
We recommend if you're short on time you focus on memorizing other material which is more likely to come up and hope the CAS continues to include the schedule mod table in the Pearson Tables if needed. If you have a bit more time, we definitely encourage you to memorize this table.
